Sipsmith Gin Palace

Beyond Cocktails teamed up with Sipmsith once again to deliver the famous Gin Palace.

We were asked to develop a cocktail menu that delivers the full Sipsmith range, keep them simple yet delicious and to train all the Sipsmith Student Brand Ambassadors in the art of incredible customer service.

We were also tasked with delivering a full bar management and operational standards.
